| Robert M. Smith, Jr., 55, has served
as Executive Vice President of the Company and Delphi Capital Management,
Inc. (“DCM”) since November 1999 and as a Director of
the Company since January 1995. He has also served as the Chief Investment
Officer of Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (“RSLIC”)
and First Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (“FRSLIC”)
since April 2001. From July 1994 to November 1999, he served as Vice
President of the Company and DCM. Mr. Smith also serves as a Director
of the Company’s principal subsidiaries. |
