Donald A. Sherman, 58, has served as President and Chief Operating
Officer of the Company since April 2006 and served as a Director of
the Company since August 2002. Mr. Sherman has served as Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Waterfield Mortgage Company, Inc. (“Waterfield”)
since 1999 and as President of Waterfield from 1989 to 1999. Waterfield
is the largest privately held mortgage banking institution in the
United States and the largest privately held banking institution in
the State of Indiana. From 1985 to 1988, he served as President and
as a member of the Board of Directors of Hyponex Corporation (“Hyponex”)
and from 1983 to 1985 served as Chief Financial Officer of Hyponex.
From 1975 to 1983, he held various positions with the public accounting
firm of Coopers and Lybrand and was elected to partner in 1981. |
