Donald A. Sherman, 59, has served as the President
and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and DCM since April 2006
and has served as a Director of the Company since August 2002. Mr.
Sherman also serves as a Director of the Company’s principal
subsidiaries. Mr. Sherman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Waterfield Mortgage Company, Inc. (“Waterfield”) from
1999 to 2006 and as President of Waterfield from 1989 to 1999. From
1985 to 1988, he served as President and as a member of the Board
of Directors of Hyponex Corporation (“Hyponex”) and from
1983 to 1985 served as Chief Financial Officer of Hyponex. From 1975
to 1983, he held various positions with the public accounting firm
of Coopers and Lybrand and was elected to partner in 1981. Mr. Sherman
has previously served as a director of White River Capital Inc. |
