| Robert Rosenkranz, 64, has served as
the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 1987 and has
served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since
April 1989. He served as President of the Company from May 1987 to
April 2006. He also serves as Chairman of the Board or as a Director
of the Company’s principal subsidiaries. Mr. Rosenkranz has
served since October 1978 as either sole or managing general partner
of Rosenkranz & Company, L.P. or as beneficial owner of its general
partner. Mr. Rosenkranz founded Acorn Partners, L.P. in 1982 as a
multi-manager, multi-strategy fund of hedge funds and, in 2004, founded
Pergamon Advisors LLC, an investment adviser that, along with related
entities, pursues a market neutral equity investment strategy. |
