Robert Rosenkranz, 66, has served as the Chief Executive Officer of
the Company since May 1987 and has served as Chairman of the Board
of Directors of the Company since April 1989. He also serves as Chairman
of the Board or as a Director of the Company's principal subsidiaries.
Mr. Rosenkranz has served since October 1978 as either sole or managing
general partner of Rosenkranz & Company or as beneficial owner
of its corporate general partner.
