Stephan A. Kiratsous, 47, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and DCM since June 2011. Mr. Kiratsous served as Managing Director and head of the Insurance Investment Banking Group - Americas of Credit Suisse from 2007 to 2011. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Managing Director and co-head of the Financial Institutions Group - Americas for HSBC Securities (USA), and from 2000 to 2005 he was a Managing Director, Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group of Merrill Lynch. From 1991 to 2000, he held various positions in the Insurance Investment Banking Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Kiratsous has previously served as a director of ML Re, Merrill Lynch's wholly-owned reinsurance subsidiary.
