Harold F. Ilg, 61, Chairman Emeritus of Safety National Casualty Corporation (“SNCC”) where he served as Chairman from January 1999 to April 2008. Mr. Ilg has served as a Director of the Company since August 2002. He serves on the Board of Directors of RSLIC, FRSLIC, and RSLIC-Texas. From April 1999 until October 2000, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RSLIC, FRSLIC, and RSLIC-Texas. Prior to January 1999, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of SNCC, where he has been employed in various capacities since 1978.
