| Harold F. Ilg, 59, has served as a
Director of the Company since August 2002. He also has served as Chairman
of the Board of Safety National Casualty Corporation (“SNCC”)
since January 1999, as well as the President and a Director of Safety
National Re since 1997. He serves on the Board of Directors of RSLIC,
FRSLIC, and RSLIC-Texas. From April 1999 until October 2000, he served
as President and Chief Executive Officer of RSLIC, FRSLIC, and RSLIC-Texas.
Prior to January 1999, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of
SNCC, where he has been employed in various capacities since 1978. |
