Chad W. Coulter, 47, has served as Senior Vice President
and General Counsel of Delphi Financial Group, Inc. since February
2007. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Delphi Financial
Group, Inc. from January 1998 to February 2007 and has served as Secretary
of Delphi Financial Group, Inc. since May 2003. He has served as Vice
President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Reliance Standard
Life Insurance Company, First Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company
and Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company of Texas since January
1998. He also served for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company
in similar capacities from February 1994 to August 1997, and in various
capacities from January 1991 to February 1994. From August 1997 to
December 1997, Mr. Coulter was Vice President and General Counsel
of National Life of Vermont. |
