Thomas W. Burghart, 50, has served as Senior Vice President since February, 2008, Vice President and Treasurer of the Company since April 2001 and as Vice President and Treasurer of RSLIC, FRSLIC and RSLIC-Texas since October 2000. From March 1992 to September 2000, he served as the Second Vice President of RSLIC.
