| Kevin R. Brine, 56, has served as a
Director of the Company since July 2004. He is Managing Director of
Brine Management LLC and Trustee of SCB, Inc. Previously, he was a
partner and board member of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Over his
twenty-two year career at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Mr. Brine
had senior management responsibilities for the firm’s U.S. Private
Client Business and Global Institutional Asset Management. He is also
a trustee of a number of non-profit institutions such as New York
University, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Alliance for
the Arts, The World Monuments Fund and the American Academy in Rome.
